Blacker Than Cancer...

I've heard a disturbing fact and I was wondering if anyone has info on it:

Aparrently we live in what's referred to as a "cancer cluster" where we have a greater proportion of cancers than most other parts of the country.

It seems like the answer to this varies with whoever you're talking to. Some think it's the ground water, some believe it's our brisk lifestyle, and others propose it's all of the shit we're puutting into our bodies like tobacco, PCB's and whatever artificially synthesized chemicals go into making a nice McDonalds hanburger.

What gives? and where does this shit come from?
